These are new accounts with default pfp. One thing is, they're new to the platform and take time to adapt to it. Till then, their activity might look weird to others. However, it's better to be welcoming and guide them. Another thing is, scammers create new accounts every day and do weird/violating stuff.

BUT! it does let me create bots through the app, due to the bot message limit being 500 on the app and 2048(?) on the website id suggest making the bot through the app then changing the message to be longer on the website.

Jun 25, 2024 · I was on vacation and didn't have access to my profile at the time, and when I got home a week later, I checked my account, and someone changed my profile picture to a QR code. I changed my password and changed the PFP back to my original PFP. The next day, it was a different QR code. (Both QR codes have Chinese lettering around them, I believe.)
