Jun 17, 2022 · Ubisoft removed the custom pfp feature off their website and platform. Now you only can change to an image from their own gallery. Keep in mind though if you do that, you'll lose your current custom pfp and won't be able to revert back. interesting, thank you vash.. i heard that its only temporarily disabled however

May 6, 2022 · I've had a custom avatar since 2 years ago and I couldn't connect to the server today. I could get on just fine about 12 hours ago. There wasn't much report of outages from many other people, the only thing I've found is a Ubisoft tweet removing custom avatars to be more "safe and inclusive" from 15 hours ago.

Here's a real world example, I am weird, cursed and very offensive on siege, especially with my pfp's of the past in conjunction with my chat behaviour, ubisoft perma banned my abilty to change my pfp due to my edgy jokes. The key thing? My behaviour. Every action has consequences. I highly doubt you're innocent, you were probably very toxic.
