It's great how you can have seperate profile for general use and aircraft use and you can even set controls for each and every plane if you want to! A feature that has been requested by many!

B. If your plane is a FS2024 native installation, then you will find two folders in the desired airplane folder, one named Common, and one named presets. Look in the presets, and you will find a folder with a unique name. I am guessing in your case it will be named Carenado.
