Apr 4, 2011 · I don't know why the items in the Page Setup group are grayed out, but it happens here too -- that smells like a bug. Converting the document format makes them all available. The items in the Arrange group won't be available unless you insert and select something they apply to -- a picture, textbox, or other non-text object.
