Jun 27, 2016 · I was wondering if anyone else had trouble with magnesium (both the type that is in our food and body, and the type that is in almost all medications) has anyone noticed any kind of allergic reaction plus a flare or either/or? Most medications have magnesium in them, it is the binding/compounding factor in most pills.

Plus I am putting on the magnesium oil, there is some magnesium in the stuff I put in my water called Sport Salts ( mag carb, potassium bicarb, him sea salt) and I take epsom salt baths as many days as I can, I like to every day, but some days I run out of time.

Aug 22, 2021 · Magnesium irritates my bladder too. My doctor told me to take B12 and I can't, it flares up my bladder. I cannot take any probiotics which are quite helpful if you are constipated. In short, there are lots of vitamins and other minerals that irritate my bladder. I use Miralex and it works but I need to be very careful with the quantity I take.

Before colonoscopy's they do a clean out and use most popular liquid magnesium citrate.. a whole freaking liquid bottle and that cleans you out! Having said all of that.. the B vitamins will flare you most likely unless it is b 12. Now..

I buy the supplement from Vitacost but you could also get it at Whole Foods and if it doesn't work for you they will give you a refund if it is returned. I also take 2.5 mg of melatonin each night and 50mg of Hydroxyzine as I'm currently going through an allergy flare.
