    Oct 24, 2010 · I have a 1971 Honda SL70 that we put a new Lifan 125cc engine and carb into. It's running rough, like it needs some type of carb adjustment. There isn't much to adjust on these carbs. Sometimes it runs better with the choke wide open, then running like that for 20 min or so, it runs better with the choke closed (and vice versa). Very strange.
